Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@venturclothing.com with:

If approved, we will provide a replacement (if available). No refunds will be issued.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your package is marked as delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package was misdelivered, please contact the carrier first, then email us at support@venturclothing.com so we can assist.
Chargebacks / Payment Disputes
By placing an order, you agree to this policy. If you have an issue with your order, please contact us first so we can help resolve it.
